Tremendous action and the gentlest of hearts
*Napadki was imported to the US to bring his incredible Russian bloodlines to the States. His pedigree is close up Aswan and Priboj, the great foundation sire found in most Russian racing lines.
He came to us on lease, and he was so gentle that our young daughter felt comfortable enough to ride him in the pasture when he first arrived, despite the fact he had not been ridden for over a year. In his video, filmed at age 21, you can still see his tremendous hock and knee action.
When his lease ended he returned home to his owner, Pat Vaughn, a breeder recognized in the Arabian horse community for breeding exceptional athletes with exquisite beauty. There he lived out his days and passed on peacefully in his sleep.
He left us an awesome son, WOA Romanov, out of lovely CA Belles Flower, who had lines to double *Bask and Khemosabi, and a lovely daughter, WOA Sheza Showoff.

His line carries on through WOA Romanov and his offspring, including our mares WOA Romantica and WOA Romanesque, and through WOA Sheza Showoff and her daughter WOA Amazing Grace. See them all on the Mares page, and read about the Russian Arabian breeding program behind his bloodlines.
